If your Sunrise Telecom Sunset tester is acting quirky, try running an NVRAM Erase, found in the menu options.  It will reset your unit to the original settings and will usually resolve the issue.

If your Sunrise Telecom Sunset tester’s screen is too dark to read anything, hit the “contrast” button continuously until it cycles back to a brighter state.  Remember you can also set the backlight to remain on for a specified period as well.

If your Sunrise Telecom Sunset tester keeps shutting off unexpectedly, ensure the “auto shut off” option in the menu section is set to “OFF.
