As a VAR (value added reseller) testworX offers a dedicated team for each customer. We do not have automated message systems, when you call the office you get a live person. Our goal is to work with the customer and ensure all your requirements are met. As a VAR for several different product lines in many cases it can be one phone call to implement an entire solution, from tapping, monitoring, aggregation, and emulation.

testworX imports all products into Canada, taking care of the custom brokerage. Our seamless shipping department makes your job less stressful and takes care of all the little details involved with importing into Canada.

RMA (Returns)

In the event you have a damaged unit or need calibration you can process all of your RMA’s directly through testworX.  Use this form to request an RMA number and our dedicated support team will walk you through the process. If preferred, we can facilitate a direct link to the Vendor’s support team.
